The majority of devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers etc will have no problem playing the video workout. However depending on the device you are using some computer video player apps or software may require additional codec’s to play the file. A codec is what reads the file data and converts it into a video your player can play correctly. Try updating your video player’s codec’s or try a different video player. You may also be able to download additional codec’s by searching for ‘video codec’s’ in Google.

Upon payment you will be able to download the workout via the purchase confirmation page or by using the ‘MY ACCOUNT‘ section of our website. Please note you have only 24hrs to download the file before the link becomes inactive. If you are experiencing any difficulty please contact us for support. Don’t worry; you can trust we’ll get it sorted out for you as soon as possible.

You must download your purchased workout(s) within 24 hours of your purchase otherwise the download link will expire. If you have not successfully downloaded your workout during this time, contact us and we will verify the download has not been completed and send you another active link for you to download the workout.

We have created the workouts to be as simple as possible to follow. However if you are experiencing problems or have any questions, please refer to our ‘How To’ guide on our website or contact us with your question.

We want you to get the best out of our workouts, therefore we don’t believe in using music that’s not to everyone’s taste. So why not play your favourite music at the same time and enjoy a cycling workout that really gets you motivated to push your limits. Just play your favourite mp3 or music streaming service and one of our videos, and feel the adrenalin kick in.

You can view your purchase history in the ‘My Account‘ section of the website. You will need your login details that were created at the time of your first order. These would have been emailed to you along with your first purchase confirmation. If you have lost your login details you can get a new password by clicking here; I’ve Lost My Password >

If you have not received a confirmation email within a few hours of purchase, please check your spam and junk mail folders to see if the email has been misplaced. If you still do not see an email you can access our ‘My Account‘ section of the website to gain access to your download history and download links. Remember you only have 24hrs to download your purchased workout before it is no longer available. Any problems, feel free to contact us.

To change your registered email, contact details or password, simply login to the ‘My Account‘ section of our website which will allow you access to your personal details and purchase history.
