How to Use the Workout Timer

The session timer will show you where you are at during your workout.

It starts with a 5 minute countdown before the workout begins allowing you time to warm up ready for the intervals. After the first 5 minutes the intervals begin with a steady increasing effort.

After the workout is complete we recommend continuing to ride for at least 5 more minutes to cool your body down from the workout.

Remember to ride safely and enjoy the workout.
