A racing simulation designed to replicate chasing the race leader. Watch out for those sudden breakaways and keep your mind focused. This session has been designed to increase your power threshold over a 30 minute high intensity session. Watch out for those 10/10 effort intervals and recover as quick as you can before the next maximum effort.
